Paying at the counter still works
If a provider is not connected yet, the guest places the order and pays at the counter by order number. You can start without an acquirer.

Fiscal receipts
The fiscal receipt goes to the guest by email. The merchant details are shown at payment time, so the guest sees who they are paying.

Paying with POS loyalty points
If you run loyalty in iiko, the guest spends their points right at payment, alongside the card top-up.
